- The Bulls finally win one! It came down to the wire, but they pulled it out. If the last week has shown anything, it's that Drew Gooden is very important to this team.
- Antoine Walker gets busted for driving drunk. It couldn't have happened to a nicer guy.
- Top Ten odds on what Milton Bradley will do this season. Pretty funny.
- The Cubs just finished sending Jason Marquis to the Rockies. Does that mean there will be enough money for Peavy? We probably won't know until the Cubs are sold.
- Mark Cuban has something to say about his involvement in the sale of the Cubs.
- Top Ten Michael Jordan magazine covers of all time via Zoner.
- Don't worry about Milton Bradley's ability to stay healthy, Jim Hendry already took care of that in the contract.
- Bears linebackers coach Lloyd Lee is out. Please let Babich be next!?
- Look who the Chicago Tribune writers voted for the Baseball Hall of Fame. Harold Baines? Really Phil Rogers and Paul Sullivan? Baines? Oh and Rogers voted for Grace. That's fine I guess, except for how its a terrible vote. I hate our mainstream sports media.

Today's Links-Too Many Links Edition
- Illini get a big win against Purdue on the road. They're on the map.
- The Hawks streak finally ends against the Wings, but hopefully will just be a minor bump in the road. I guess they didn't have a lot of 'kills' tonight.
- Apparently Drew Gooden is going to start blogging. Welcome to the blogosphere Drew. Unfortunately his first post wasn't very interesting, but hopefully he'll write some crazy stuff soon.
- Fake Ron Turner press conference following the Bears game.
- Worst columnist predications of 2008. Hilarious.
- The Denver Broncos fired Mike Shanahan. It appears no NFL coach is safe these days.
- Looks like the Cubs are about to deal Marquis to the Rockies for Luis Vizcaino, but mostly they'll be getting $5 million dollars in salary relief.
- Babich and Orton don't have much job security either. Apparently Angelo is interested in Marinelli too.
- So Hinrich will be coming back sooner than we thought. Obviously that's a good thing, but with the glut of guards, it may cause more problems than it solves.
- Did the Heat disrespect the Bulls the other night? It appears they did.

Today's Links--Robbin' The Sex Cannon Edition
- Sex Cannon's sister robbed at gunpoint in Lincoln Park. Any ideas who might have been trying to hurt the Sex Cannon (or his sister?)
- Some crazy Carl Lewis music video he made from the 80s. His voice isn't bad, but I think he's gay. Who knows, the 80s were a weird time.
- Top ten Cubs games of 2008 from Bleed Cubbie Blue. Not to brag, but I was at 4 of them. Unbelievable season.
- A three game sweep would clinch it for the White Sox, but 2 or even 1 might be enough to set up the clinch this coming weekend.
- Rashied Davis is pissed at himself for that dropped pass. So am I.
- Cubs are setting their rotation. Looks like Lou is setting it up to be Dempster, Harden, Z, Lilly and Dempster for a possible Game 5.
- Guillen says Vazquez chokes in the clutch. I'm not saying he's wrong, I'm just saying he's an asshole.
- The Cubs finally let that 104 year old guy throw out the first pitch Saturday. Good, we don't want any bad karma.
- The good, the bad and the ugly from the Bears-Bucs game this week.
- Cursory look at who the Cubs might be playing in the playoffs.
- Cubs win on Marquis' granny. Sweet.
