NBA 2008-2009 Schedule Is Out; Bulls Start at Home

(Thanks to Eric W. for the sweet picture of "Skyrus")

The NBA schedule for this year is out, and the Bulls look to be on the road for most of November. Some quick notes about the Bulls schedule:

1. 7 of the first 10 are at home
2. Season opener is against Skiles and the Bucks
3. Nov. 18-Dec 30>>>Circus Trip involving 6 of 7 games out West
4. January looks pretty easy again, with the only real tough games being @Tor, vs SA, @Pho.
5. 10 games are slotted to be nationally televised, but that may go up or down depending on the flex scheduling
6. December 26 game at Miami. Beasely v. Rose
7. Another 7-game road trip out west from Jan. 25- Feb. 7. Two 7 game road trips before the All-Star break. Yikes. On the bright side, the first 3 are @Min, @LAC, @Sac.

All in all it looks like the early-season schedule is tough. As we all know the Circus trip gives us fits, but if we can make it through that we may be able to come out ok. I'm pretty worried about two 7-game road trips so early for such a young team, but I think they can handle it, especially if they get off to a good start with the first 7 of 10 at home.
